BUYER ACQUISITION SPECIFICATIONSList Item 1
We consult with buyer agency CEOs to identify precise seller specifications that match the buyer’s preferred acquisition specifications, i.e. seller agency category expertise, size, profit margin, client retention, staff retention, payroll-to-revenue ratio et al.

SELLER IDENTIFICATIONList Item 2
We search for and identify potential acquisition targets for a buyer (i.e. PR and PR-adjacent agencies) that meet the prospective buyer’s acquisition specifications.

SELLER SOURCINGList Item 3
We proactively reach out to potential seller targets to ascertain level of interest in being acquired by a buyer. When TSJG identifies interested, prospective seller agencies, we arrange for the CEOs of both parties to meet. NOTE: Before meeting with a buyer prospect, seller agency must engage TSJG as its M&A advisor. Seller prospects become clients of TSJG and pay all TSJG broker fees.
