Art Stevens was the CEO of LobsenzStevens, one of the most prestigious independent public relations firms in the country for many years. Among the clients his firm served are American Express, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, Pitney Bowes, The New York State Lottery, McKinsey & Company, Ernst & Young, Hertz, and many others.


In 1999, LobsenzStevens was acquired by Publicis and Mr. Stevens stayed on to manage what became the New York office of Publicis Dialog. In 2003, he began a new career in the public relations agency industry.


Mr. Stevens has served as instructor of public relations and management case studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has lectured at The New School, New York University, and many other colleges and associations. He has spoken before organizations such as the American Marketing Association, Association of National Advertisers, American Management Association, and Public Relations Society of America chapters.


A former president of the Publicity Club of New York and an accredited member of PRSA, he was elected to PRSA’s College of Fellows, honoring meritorious lifetime achievement. He has received multiple industry awards, including the PRSA Patrick Jackson Award and the New York Chapter’s John Hill Award.

RICH JACHETTI  |  Co-Managing Partner


Rich’s career spans more than four decades marked by innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. He began his PR career in 1975 as manager of PRSA’s Sections program, before being recruited in 1977 to the position of Manager of Public Relations for Cunard Line, Ltd., the storied luxury cruise line. He later joined Manning Selvage & Lee as an account supervisor and two years later he again was recruited by Penthouse International, Ltd, publisher of the highly controversial monthly magazine. As VP PR & Promotion for Penthouse, Rich developed and supervised all PR and promotions activities for the eponymous title and for the launch of OMNI Magazine. He also managed all PR and promotional activities, and crisis communications, surrounding the tumultous development phase of the erstwhile Penthouse Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ.


In the early 1980s, Rich founded his own PR firm, Rich Jachetti Public Relations. Penthouse was his first anchor client. After eight successful years, Rich’s firm was acquired by Lobsenz-Stevens where, as Executive Vice President, he worked alongside agency CEO, Art Stevens, conducting due diligence for PR agency acquisitions and contributing to the firm's growth prior to its sale to Publicis.


Seeking to diversify his marcom services expertise, Rich joined sales promotion agency powerhouse DVC Worldwide as Senior Vice President. While there, he was part of a 5-person team charged with the development of strategic and creative marketing concepts for clients such as Mastercard, AT&T and Grupo Modelo. Seven years later, he founded EMOTIONMAPPING, LLC., an advertising agency that produced new business development TV and radio commercials, websites and digital marketing campaigns for professional services companies.

Marty Gamer

Vice President, Business Development


Prior to joining TSJG, Marty led sales and new business development strategy and sales initiatives for leading national media buying & planning and broadcast, cable, satellite and streaming media companies including Katz Media Group, Metromedia, FOX, and Univision.


He also served as New Business Development Director for Lobsenz-Stevens, the PR agency founded by Art Stevens. Over the past few years, Marty has been instrumental in helping identify buyers for TSIG’s seller clients, and sellers for buyer agency CEO’s who rely on our ability to find them acquisition prospects that meet their size, category and services specifications.

Mark Altschuler

Vice President, Sales


Mark was General Manager at MediaVillage through May 2023, where he was responsible for member relationships, sales, and company growth. His career has covered advertising, media sales, and marketing. Prior to joining MediaVillage, beginning in 2002, he spent 17 years at Comcast Spotlight as Vice President of National Advertising Sales and was part of the organization’s start-up executive team.

Destiny Lopez

Marketing Manager


Destiny is a digital marketing specialist who, for over two decades, has managed social media and digital marketing campaigns, online advertising programs, email marketing, content development, SEO, HTML implementation, website functionality testing, branding, and client/customer development.


Among many notable accomplishments, she has designed and optimized dozens of websites and developed and managed highly successful travel/tourism marketing campaigns for the City of Winter Garden, FL.
